What we collect, why, and what we do with it.
When you register: name, email address, postal address, date of birth, telephone number, and how you heard about us.
When you purchase: your order history. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
When you request a payout: a government identity document, a tax identification number, and your payout method details.
When you trade: your trading activity on accounts we provide, including trades, balances and account status.
Automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Identity documents are stored outside our public web directory with randomised filenames and are accessible only to authorised staff through an authenticated interface. Tax identification numbers and payout details are encrypted at rest. Card details are never stored by us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Account and trading records are kept for the life of your account and for as long afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Identity and tax documents are retained for the period required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@blackopsfunding.com to make a request.
Some data cannot be deleted on request where we are required to retain it, for example tax records.
