Black Ops Funding provides a simulated trading evaluation environment designed to assess trader performance. Accounts provided through the evaluation program are simulated accounts and do not represent live brokerage accounts unless explicitly stated.
Participants are evaluated based on predefined performance metrics including profit targets, drawdown limits, and trading behavior.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Each evaluation account is governed by specific rules including but not limited to:
Violation of these rules may result in termination of the evaluation account.
All evaluation accounts operate in a simulated trading environment. Simulated trading results do not represent actual trading results and may differ significantly from real market performance.
Traders who meet the required evaluation conditions may qualify for payout eligibility under the funded program. Payout terms are determined by the specific account type and company policies.
Black Ops Funding reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates platform rules, engages in abusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate the evaluation system.
All platform materials including software, branding, and trading tools remain the intellectual property of Black Ops Funding.
Black Ops Funding shall not be liable for any losses resulting from trading activities or reliance on information provided through the platform.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
